Job Summary:

The Spine Team Texas Team Lead MA is responsible for assisting physicians and medical staff in the Clinic. It is imperative for this position to assist in ensuring appropriate and timely patient flow. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Spine Team Texas. This position also must always comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements & Position Qualifications:

1. High School graduate or equivalent.
2. Medical Assistant Certification required.
3. 2 years of experience as an MA.
4. Demonstrated ability to make company-aligned decisions.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent time management
6. Excellent organizational ability.
7. Possess the ability to plan and execute work projects.
8. Possess the ability to work productively, either independently or with other individuals.
9. Proficient in communicating in the English language both written and verbally.
